Dis'Order

About the game:

DIS’ORDER is a survival action game that thrusts players into a multiverse journey to rescue Dis' mother. Armed with a portal gun, players must navigate through diverse and difficult universes, each presenting unique challenges, enemies, and environmental hazards. The game's survival mechanics are tightly integrated with the portal gun's reliance on solar energy, creating a day-night cycle that players must strategically manage to progress.

Background Story:

Karen, an intergalactic still life specialist, creates a portal gun in order to try to put an end to the dictatorships and authoritarian and repressive systems that are being widely propagated by the Big Monster, Papaputin, who lives in the 8th universe.

In order to stop the evil forces from spreading, Karen decides to travel alone from universe to universe, armed only with an astral chart, half a dozen shells, and a pendulum, so she can read the enemies' fortunes and make them understand that the repressive methods Papaputin’s clones are so keen to implement, dictate the end of life on all planets, including earth.

However, when she opened the passage, a glitch in the Portal Gun, caused by retrograde mercury, sucked her directly into the 8th universe. Unfortunately, it pulled her so hard that she was unable to take the portal gun with her. (Her hands were full of essential oils)

Starving and unable to cook, Dis-able screams for Karen. He shouts and shouts and shouts, but on the other side, there is only silence. Dis-able, disconcerted, he goes to her secret laboratory, in the basement, to look for his mother, only then he comes across his mother's disappearance. Laying on the floor, there is Karen’s used portal gun, still fumigating, and a shell.

Dis-able, adds 2+2=5. His mother has been sucked into another universe. His stomach rumbles with hunger, Dis-able has no choice but to search for Karen. Either that, or cook, and cooking is not an option.

What’s the goal:

In order to have a nice warm meal at the end of the day, Dis must overcome his fears of leaving the house and travel throughout unknown universes to save his mother from a terrible death.

The game starts at Universe 0 and he must fight his way up until Universe 8 - where his mother is being held hostage by Papaputin. (Whom he must defeat)

Dis universes are being colonized by Papaputin’s intergalactic troops: putintoes (Russian potatoes), sad little skulls and weird looking cannons. From time to time, bigger bosses appear to make Dis’s life harder. They are:

- Venus, a big, bad hungry carnivorous plant.

- Ice Ice baby, big, fat not so chilled dude.

- The Basic, not worth giving him a name.

How to play:

Inter-universe traveling is possible with the help of the Portal Gun - adding a layer of difficulty, the gun can only be used during the daytime (from 12 am until 04 pm) because it’s powered by solar energy.

This way, Dis-order has to do everything he can to survive until the Portal Gun is ready to be used. Every time he is defeated he travels to the previous universe. When and if he reaches Universe 0, he starves to death. (Game Over)
